| 摘 要： | 游客满意度是旅游景区之间竞争的焦点,对其应有科学、合理的评价方法。利用灰色系统理论对信息不完全确知的小样本系统分析的优势,可以对旅游景区满意度进行评价分析,这样就能了解到旅游景区游客满意度的影响因素与评价体系问题。
