| 摘 要： | 在互联网金融的背景下，以互联网为代表的现代信息科技的发展．对传统金融行业的发展产生了明显的冲击。商业银行急需转型升级。本文基于SWOT分析。从战略定位、业务定位、产品定位、客户定位等几个方面讨论了商业银行的转型战略，并对转型路径提出几点思考。

| Abstract: | Under the background of intemet finance, the development of modem information technology represented by the Intemet resulted in a significant impact on the development of traditional financial industry. Commercial banks need to transfer and upgrade. In this paper, based on the SWOT analysis, commercial bank restructuring strategies of strategic positioning, business positioning, product positioning, customer orientation and other aspects were brought out, and some thoughts on the transformation path were put forward. |
