| 摘 要： | 国际收支与汇率变动存在传导效应.近年我国国际收支持续双顺差,人民币面临极大压力,进入被动升值状态.在金融全面开放的条件下,应合理调节国际收支状况,协调管理外汇储备,促进人民币汇率稳中有升.

| Abstract: | Conduction effect exists between international balance of payments and exchange rate.In recent years,China's international balance of payments continued achieving double favorable balance;RMB was facing tremendous pressure to enter a passive state of appreciation.Under the fully-open financial conditions,we should rationally regulate the balance of payments,coordinate foreign exchange reserves management,and keep steady the RMB exchange rate. |
