| 摘 要： | 在高职学生的顶岗实习中，要充分发挥带队老师的作用，使他们承担起相关的责任，是顶岗实习能否顺利开展的关键，也是顶岗实习顺利开展强有力的保障。本文以浙江工商职业技术学院旅游管理专业顶岗实习为例．阐述了顶岗实习中带队老师应该起到的作用。应该承担起的责任。
