PLC在变电站主变风冷回路中的应用研究

摘    要:主变压器是变电站最关键的一次设备,决定了整个站内变电作业的效率。冷却系统的控制回路常会发生各种故障,影响变电站主变压器的安全运行。可编程控制器(PLC)运用于主变风冷回路中能发挥出优越的操控性能。文章首先介绍了变电站主变冷控装置的作用,分析了新型可编程控制器的功能特点,分析了PLC应用于主变风冷回路的案例,提出了基于PLC主变风冷回路的监测系统。

Abstract:The main transformer substation is one of the most important primary equipments,and determines the whole station substation operation efficiency.Cooling system control circuit often fault,affects the safe operation of the main transformer in substation.Programmable controller(PLC) used in the main cooling circuit can play a superior control performance.This article introduces the main transformer cooling control device first,analyzes the new programmable controller functions and the application cases of PLC in the main cooling circuit,puts forward monitoring system based on the PLC main cooling circuit.
