| 摘 要： | 经过三年的努力,浙江政府产业基金运作取得阶段性成效,但政策意图与市场化运作难以协调等因素弱化了政府产业基金的政策引领作用,本文在全面总结的基础上,提出打造政府产业基金升级版,并积极推进2.0版实质性运作。

| Abstract: | With three-year endeavors, government industry fund operation in Zhejiang province achieved a periodic result. The difficult coordination between policy purpose and market operation weakens the lead role of government industry fund. Based on complete summary of past experience, upgrade government industry fund and promote further upgrading operation. |
