| Abstract: | Henan proince extended and applied the value engineering in the machinery - electricity occupation, and they obtained palpable effect of the economy. The value engineering is a tool so that anything may be exceed. Our college praetised in innovation with idea and principle of the value engineering . The function of our college was high up, and the cost was fallen down. Our colleg obtained development and increased on the life. |
