摘    要:[目的]建立采用原子荧光光谱法测定锡锭中汞含量的方法。[方法]样品用王水溶解,并在稀王水介质中,用氯化亚锡将试液中的汞离子还原成汞原子,由载气带入石英原子化器中,在原子荧光光谱仪上测其荧光强度。[结果]变异系数在2.66%-4.11%之间,回收率在95.17%-110%之间,检出限0.005ng/mL。[结论]操作方便,检测结果准确可行,适合于锡锭中0.0000005%-0.0000160%汞的测定。

Abstract:An analytical method has been established for detection of mercury in tin ingot.Samples were dissolved in aqua regia.Set the atomic fluorescence photometer in dilute aqua regia,The mercury ions were reduced to mercury atoms by stannous,then carried to the quartz atomizer by gas,in which fluorescence intensity was measured.The RSD was between 2.66%-4.11%,recoveries are 95.17 %-110%,and the determination limit is 0.005ng/mL.The method is simple,easy to operate,it could be used to measure0.0000005%-0.0000160%mercury content in tin ingots.
