| Abstract: | After the independent director' s system has been introduced,the sit uation that independent director and two kinds of supervisio n strength of board of supervisors coexist has appeared in the struc-ture of managing of company of our cou ntry.Two kinds of supervisory syste ms are good and bad each,in order to avoid the conflict and ove rlay of the two,it must combine the ad vantages of the two with easy to render a service to Listed com pany. |
