碾压混凝土筑坝施工技术综述

摘    要:水电八局自20世纪80年代开始全面开展碾压混凝土性能试验及筑坝施工技术研究工作,于1993年建成了当时世界最高的RCC拱坝—普定拱坝(坝高75m),该工程在RCC材料、坝体防渗、坝体分缝、入仓工艺、模板和施工工艺方面都取得一些高水平成果,此后,又相继建成了大朝山、红坡、沙牌、索风营、大花水等20余座碾压混凝土坝。通过积极与国内科研院所合作完成了一系列的科研攻关工作,在八.五期间已取得重要成果的基础上,结合国家“九五“等科技攻关项目,总结摸索出了一套先进成熟的施工工艺。在研究和使用新技术、新材料、新工艺和新设备等方面,取得了一批突破性的科技成果,较好的解决了碾压混凝土施工技术难题。本文回顾和简要介绍了水电八局各时期碾压混凝土筑坝技术特点和施工技术创新成果。

Abstract:Sinohydro Engineering Bureau 8(referred to as the "SEB8" hereinafter) started to conduct RCC performance tests and research RCC dam construction technologies in the 1980s and built Puding Arch Dam(75 m high) in 1993,the highest RCC arch dam in the world at that time,with a lot of achievements made in such aspects as RCC material,seepage control,dam jointing,pouring process,formwork,and construction process.This project was followed by more than 20 RCC dams,including Dachaoshan,Hongpo,Shapai,Suofengying and Dahuashui.Based on a series of key scientific researches completed with local institutes and important achievements made during the "8th five-year plan" period,a complete set of advanced and ripe construction technologies has been established in combination with the key scientific and technological difficulties tackled during the "9th five-year plan" period.Breakthrough achievements have been made in studying and applying new technologies,new materials,new processes and new equipment,which provides appropriate solutions to technical difficulties in RCC construction.This paper reviews and briefs the characteristics and innovations of RCC dam construction technologies in different ages of SEB8.
