| 摘 要： | 企业员工的档案管理是企业员工管理的一个重要内容。在人员流动日益频繁的今天,人员档案管理变得越来越重要也越来越复杂。针对这一现实问题,笔者开发的企业档案管理系统能够帮助企业实现档案管理的自动化。文章以某企业为例,通过对系统的各部分功能进行分析,设计了管理系统的体系结构,叙述了基于VC++6.0环境开发本系统的具体过程,并重点阐述了系统实现过程中数据库操作和网络连接技术的应用。
