关于高校人才引进工作的一些思考——结合首都经济贸易大学人才工作

人才问题作为学校工作第一位的问题必须认真解决。在人才引进工作中，各高校已由最初的盲目引进逐渐向理性引进回归，但仍然存在一些值得注意的问题。当前，首都经济贸易大学凭借良好的人才引进机制，吸引了不少优秀人才；但是人才引进工程是持久的，必须不断建立适应新形势的人才引进机制，建设一支高效精干、素质优良、结构合理的师资队伍。
