| 摘 要： | 本文通过研究国外高等教育教学质量保证体系的普遍性、标准化、国际化、效用性等特点,指出国外高校建立和运行内部质量保证体系的关键是成功组织体系、完善的评估内容和方法以及教师对教学工作的投入。同时指出我国高校内部质量保证体系虽初步形成,但仍然存在对质量保证认识不足、观念偏差,以及内部质量保证体系本身不够完善等诸多问题。
