北京汽车保有量和出行量的博弈分析

摘    要:随着中国经济的迅猛发展、人民生活水平的不断提高以及中国汽车产业的迅速发展,城市汽车的拥有量和城市道路的汽车出行量急速上升。本文基于北京的现状,在分析北京市面临的日益严重的交通拥堵问题的基础下,通过“公共地悲剧”博弈模型分析,论述了限制公车和私车的保有量和出行量的必要性,并提出相应的政策性建议。

Abstract:With the rapid development of China's economy,the continuous improvement of people's living standards and rapid development of China's automobile industry.There is a rapid rise in vehicle's ownership and trips in urban road.Based on the current situation and facing increasingly serious problems of traffic jams in Bei- jing,through the"Report to the tragedy"game model,this paper discusses the necessity of controlling the quantity of vehicle's possessive and trips,and gives some policy recommendations in the end of the article.
