| 摘 要： | 中国城市CBD开发尚属起步阶段,但是,在发展的同时,要对CBD的风险有充分的认识和准备,以避免资源浪费和无谓损失。本文从影响CBD发展的风险角度出发,系统阐述了可能会影响CBD发展的四种主要因素。

| Abstract: | The CBD of Chinese city was still in the start stage.While advancing triumphantly,we must have the full understanding and the preparation to the CBD risk to avoid the resources waste and the unnecessary loss. This article discussed from the angle of the risk of affecting the CBD development and elaborated four kinds of pri- mary factors that can affect the CBD's development possibly. |
