| Abstract: | To be a qualified foreign language teacher in university,not only are solid basic knowledge and skills needed but also a wide range of professional knowledge relevant and irrelevant is required.What's more,to enhance teachers'self professional quality is more stressed.In addition,to fully understand the new requirements of new period of time,follow the trend of times and have a good understanding of the students is vital to the all- round development of students. |
