外商直接投资对区域就业影响的实证分析——以山东省为例

改革开放以来,FDI对中国的经济发展与就业产生了较大程度的影响。本文选取FDI较为活跃的山东省的就业市场为研究对象,通过建立相应的计量模型,实证分析FDI对我国区域就业的影响。得出结论为:FDI对山东省就业有显著拉动作用,但就业效应小于国内资本的作用,在此基础上本文给出了相关的政策建议。

Empirical Analysis on the Regional Employment Effect of FDI

Since the reforming and opening,China has attracted a lot of foreign direct investments(FDI).In 2003,we became the country that attracted the most foreign investments.FDI takes an important role in our econo- my development and employment.The paper chose Shandong as an objective,using empirical model,and analyzed effect of FDI for our regional employment.The empirical results show that FDI has a important role in increasing the employment of Shandong,but domestic investment takes a bigger role in supplying job.Basing on the result,the article gave the due suggestions.
