| Abstract: | Comparative studying on USA's and China's experience in risk security mechanism of housing loans guarantee in- surance,it indicates that good supervisal is the premise of security mechanism.At present,main obstacles to Chinese hous- ing loans guarantee insurance are the absence of social credit management system and evaluation of credit risk as well as risk prevention experience.So it is urgent to build real-time effective security mechanism of housing loans insurance. |
