| 摘 要： | 建设部发布《绿色施工导则》,其目的在于推动建筑业实施绿色施工,从而促进建筑业可持续性发展,为建设资源节约型做出应有的贡献。本文从实施绿色施工过程中所面临的经济问题出发,论述了构建绿色施工成本——价值体系的必要性。

| Abstract: | The Ministry of Construction released the ＂Green Construction Guide＂, which aims to promote green construction, so as to promote the sustainable development of construction, to build a resource-saving and make due contributions. In this paper, started with the economic problems during the implementation of green construction process, it discusses the necessity of value systems which constituted green construction costs. |
