我国财政可持续发展的实证研究

通过深入剖析我国财政可持续发展面临困境的基础上,采用协整检验方法对2008-2021年我国财政可持续的状况进行实证研究。研究结果表明,我国财政不存在协整关系,从中长期来看财政可持续发展仍存在风险。基于此提出了稳定经济主体大力发展经济、合理优化并防范财政支出面临的风险、优化支出结构提高财政资金的使用效率、提高创新能力等建议,为我国财政协调发展提出参考意见,使财政更好地发挥国家治理的重要支柱作用。

Empirical Research of My Country''s Fiscal Sustainable Development

Based on the in-depth analysis of the dilemma of the sustainable financial development of my country, the co-inspection method was adopted to conduct an empirical research on the sustainable financial situation of my country''s fiscal financial from 2008-2021. The results of the study show that there is no coordination relationship in my country''s fiscal, and there is still risk in the middle and long term. Based on this, suggestions are put forward such as stabilizing economic entities to vigorously develop economy, reasonably optimize and prevent the risks facing fiscal expenditure, optimize the expenditure structure to improve the efficiency of financial funds, and improve innovation capabilities. Reference opinions are provided for the coordinated development of China''s finance, so that finance can better play an important pillar role in national governance.
