地方高校物流管理毕业生就业特征分析

为了揭示地方高校物流管理毕业生的就业现状,组织实施了小样本问卷调查,重点分析了毕业生的职业发展、岗位现状以及专业教育认同水平;调查发现,毕业生的初始就业质量不高,工作稳定性较差,不少毕业生通过跳槽离开了物流相关企业,但总体上仍有六成毕业生正在从事物流相关工作;调查结果反映出,感知专业知识匮乏与忽视理论教育两种心态同时存在,说明物流教育现状不能契合社会需求,迫切需要探索更加务实的人才培养体系。

Analysis on Employment Features of Logistics Management Graduates from Local University

To acquire the employment situation of the major of logistics management,a small sample questionnaire investigation was implemented and evaluations on occupation development,job status and professional education were reported.The investigation revealed that employment quality of current university graduates was not high and occupation stability was much lower as we expected.A significant part of graduates had left logistics relevant companies,while more than 60% still conducted relevant occupations.In this investigation,admitting lack of professional knowledge and ignoring theory education were both presented,this indicated that current logistics education could not meet demands of real society and we should explore a pragmatic reform on talent cultivation systems.
