构建社会主义和谐社会信用文化的思考

儒家传统人伦信用观是一种缺乏普遍适应性和平等性的信用观,不能满足社会主义市场经济的要求.构建和谐社会信用文化需要将人伦信用观转变为契约信用观,要求经济交易主体树立法人财产观.各级政府必须守信,在构建和谐社会信用文化中发挥积极的引导作用.全社会既要有道德层面的约束,又要有强有力的法律硬约束.有关方面目标一致并协同推进,才能构建和谐社会信用文化.
