| 摘 要： | 铜精矿是对中国经济十分重要的矿产资源，中国铜精矿需求国际依存度越来越高，铜精矿国际贸易市场、贸易方式的变幻莫测以及中国消费需求增长快、供求矛盾突出对中国铜精矿市场带来了深远的影响。以上因素导致长期合同谈判受制于人，铜加工费的降低使中国铜冶炼企业利润下滑，甚至亏损，但同时激励中国铜矿行业企业积极走出国门寻求发展，优化了产业结构。
