基于SSCI的战略人力资源管理文献现状研究

摘    要:近年来,战略人力资源管理是人力资源管理领域的前沿课题。尽管目前相关研究成果颇丰,但是人们对于战略人力资源管理理论研究的整体发展状况仍未能准确把握。基于SSCI数据库,对战略人力资源管理的发展阶段进行了划分,识别了具有引领意义的重要刊物、高被引文献的来源国家(地区)和研究机构、研究主题,同时对基于行为观视角和资源基础观视角的战略人力资源管理研究进展进行了重点剖析,从而为后人的研究奠定基础。

Abstract:Strategic human resource management is one of the most forward topics in human resource management. However, although there are many related research achievements so far, we still don't quite understand the development of strategic human resource management theory research status. Using the SSCI, the paper summarized the developmental stages, identified the leading journals, research institutions, countries and major theme in highly cited papers, and emphatically analyzed the development of behavior perspective and resource-based view respectively in strategic human resource management field, which was expected to lay solid foundation for future research.
