资本结构优化对商业银行经营管理具有重要意义,巴塞尔协议Ⅲ构建的多层次资本监管框架对国有银行资本结构优化带来了机遇与挑战。论文从商业银行资本结构基础性理论出发,通过对国有银行资本结构现状的分析以及巴塞尔协议Ⅲ对银行资本结构冲击的阐述,针对性地提出国有银行基于巴塞尔协议Ⅲ的资本结构优化策略。

Research on the Capital Structure Optimization of State-owned Banks Based on Basel Ⅲ

Optimizing of the capital structure has important implications for the management of commercial banks. Multi-level capital regulatory framework of Basel Ⅲ brings opportunities and challenges to State-owned banks＇ capital structure optimization. The paper firstly describes basic commercial bank capital structure theory, then makes an analysis of the status of State-owned banks＇ capital structure and Basel Ⅲ ＇s impact of the bank＇s capital structure. Based on above elaboration, finally it puts forward the capital structure optimization strategy of Stateowned banks, including optimizing core capital structure of State-owned banks, broadening State-owned banks＇ finance channels for supplementary capital, improving capital supplement mechanism and converting gaining profit and developing mode of State-owned banks.
