2003年以后,农村土地纠纷取代税费争议成为农民维权抗争的焦点,失地农民群体不仅经济利益遭受损失,社会利益也处于边缘化状态[1]。文章基于54封失地农民的来信,试图通过对基础资料的分析,归类失地农民维权途径与反馈结果,展示失地农民诉求受阻的具体环节,呈现失地农民维权途径与反馈机制的运行机理,以期化解农民的利益表达机制梗阻。

Land-lost Peasants' Methods to Safeguard the Land Rights and Their Feedback Mechanisms-Based on the Studying of 54 Letters from Land-lost Peasants

Since 2003 , the rural land problems replaced tax dispute have become the focus on the activities of peasants＇ defending their interests. The peasants whose land was forcibly expropriated have been suffering not only economic interest losses, but also social marginalization. This article based on 54 letters from the land-lost peasants, tries to classify the methods of the peasants to safeguard land rights and their feedback mechanisms, and reveals the specific parts blocked the interest expression and the upholding land rights action feedback mechanisms, with a view to resolve the obstructions of the peasants＇ interests expression mechanism.
