如何化解县域经济发展资金不足问题

为化解县域经济的“贷款难”问题，国家和央行积极出台措施加以引导，但同时我们应看到，在县域经济发展和金融信贷支持不足的矛盾中，不仅仅存在“贷款难”的问题，县域金融机构“难贷款”的现象同样明显，这成为制约县域经济获得充足信贷支持的重要因素。本文分析了产生这一问题的原因并就此提供了相应的政策建议。

A discussion of the solution of the inadequate funding of county economic development

To resolve the county＇s economy issue of ＂loans difficult＂, the state and central bank introduced measures to guide the active. At the same time, we shall see, in the problem of county economic development and of insufficient financial and credit support, not only existed the issue of ＂loans difficult＂, the ＂hard lending＂ phenomenon of financial institutions in the county area is also evident, which has become an important constraint for the county to obtain sufficient credit support. This paper analyzed the cause of this problem and offered some policy recommendations.
