| 摘 要： | 中小企业在发展过程中遇到的最大问题就是资金的约束。资本市场的不完善使中小企业难以通过上市的方式进行融资,外部融资的方式主要集中在银行的信贷市场,但在借款的过程中又因其经营时间短、抵押资产少、信息不透明等问题而遇到信贷配给方面的约束,融资问题已经成为制约我国中小企业健康发展的“瓶颈”。

| Abstract: | The most important problem faced by medium and small enterprises during development is the restriction of fund.The faultiness of capital market makes medium and small enterprises difficult to financing by securities,external financing mode mainly centralizes on the credit market of bank,but because running time is short,mortgage assets are few,information isn't clear,medium and small enterprises meet the credit distribution restriction on the course of borrowing money,financing has come into being the bottleneck to restrict the health and good development of medium and small enterprises in our country. |
