思想教育进宿舍途径与方法研究

学校教育是高校思想教育的主要阵地,直接引导学生思想的发展方向。但社会环境中的消极因素对大学生思想状况及高校思想教育产生一定的负面影响,同时,高校学生所特有的性格特征也是影响思想教育工作的重要因素。因此,在现行的高校教育模式下,应积极寻找一条思想教育进宿舍的崭新的教育途径,即建立党团员带头的宿舍负责制;开展多种形式的宿舍思想教育文化大赛;建立整栋宿舍楼思想教育的软环境;利用网络平台促进大学生思想教育。

Study on the approach and method of ideological education entering into dormitory

School education is the main position of ideological education in institutions of higher education,leads directly the development orientation of undergraduate thought.The negative factors in social environment affect the undergraduate thought and ideological education in institutions of higher education.At the same time,undergraduate personality characteristics are the important factors to affect ideological education work.Therefore,under the current education pattern,should seek for a new education approach that ideological education entering into dormitory,namely,build dormitory responsibility leading by party member and youth league member;develop various dormitory culture competition;build the soft environment of ideological education;promote undergraduate ideological education with network platform.
