高职《市场营销》教学模式改革与评价研究

摘    要:高职《市场营销》教学必须遵循以“服务为宗旨,就业为导向”理念、以学生的文化素质基础为出发点、以技能培养为核心的思路,从教学内容的整合、课堂教学模式、实训环节的教学入手,构建实训主导型教学模式:以技能为主线的实训主导型知识模块和LDIP(知识点的学习;案例讨论;情景模拟;实训项目规划)课堂教学配合三段式实训教学的教学模式,并采用模糊综合评价对该模式的效果进行评价。

Abstract:Teaching pattern reformation of Marketing of higher vocational education should keep to the follow thoughts:takes skill training as soul and tenet;takes students' cultural quality foundation as start point;takes service as tenet,obtaining employment as orientation.From there aspects of teaching pattern integration,classroom teaching pattern,training teaching pattern,builds up training-dominant teaching pattern,namely,knowledge module,knowledge learning,case discussion,scene simulation,training project plan,combining organically classroom teaching and training teaching.Evaluates the effect of this pattern with fuzzy integration evaluation method.
