论未成年人犯罪的若干问题

改革开放以来,随着经济的发展和社会的进步,未成年人的成长条件和成长环境不断改善,但同时,随着大量信息的涌入,缺乏必要鉴别能力的未成年人很容易受到其中不良因素的影响而误入歧途,甚至触犯法律。因此,剖析未成年人犯罪的原因,探寻未成年人犯罪产生变化和发展规律,并采取相应措施遏制和预防未成年人犯罪,具有十分重要的意义。
