| 摘 要： | 人才资源的开发程度是决定一个国家或地区发达与否的极其重要因素。美国在人才资源开发方面有其鲜明的特点:自由企业制度在人才资源开发方面发挥着重要作用;市场在人才资源开发中起着基础性作用;政府在人才资源开发方面发挥着宏观调控的功能;教育为美国造就了大量有用人才;积极吸引和留用国外人才是美国人才战略的重要组成部分。我国应积极吸纳美国的经验,做好人才资源的开发工作。

| Abstract: | Talented people resource development degree is all-important factor to determine whether a country or region is developed or not.USA has obvious characteristics on the aspect of talented people resource development,namely,free enterprise system plays important role;market plays basic role;government brings macro-control function into play;education cultivates lots of talents;attract and keep actively external talents is the important component of talented people strategy.Our country should consult actively the experience of USA,do well the talented people resource development. |
