| Abstract: | On the basis of analyzing the problems in the grass-roots Party Organization work of SIE puts forward six conceptions should be built hard up by grass-roots Party Organization of SIE and six systems to build inner party system,as well as measures and suggestions to strengthen inner party system of SIE. |
