| 摘 要： | 人与自然的关系是辩证统一的,是矛盾同一性和斗争性的统一体。实现人与自然的和谐,要提升人们的生态伦理意识,树立人与自然的和谐观念;以科学发展观为统领,以技术进步为先导,努力实现经济的循环发展;改变传统消费观念,建立可持续消费方式;要依法实施对生态资源、环境的法律保护。

| Abstract: | The relationship between human and nature is dialectic,is the entity of contradictory identity and militancy.To realize the harmony between human and nature should enhance persons' ecological ethic awareness,build up harmonious concept between human and nature;take scientific development view as lead,technologic advancement as forerunner,make great efforts to realize circulation development of economy;change traditional consumption concept,set up continuable consumption mode;protect ecological resource and environment according with law. |
