质量技术监督系统质检机构改革浅议

Quality inspection organizations that were under the command of quality and technique supervision system must conform to the trend of state organs system reform and state quality and technique supervision system vertical administration reform. These organizations should break away old ideas, throw away secure job and build new system to enter large markets. Some suggestions such as one institute and two system, setting up science and theoretical study, establishing consulting service center of quality technique and building "12315" report system were also talked about.
