| Abstract: | The process of the opening-up and the reform is actually the process of the Chinese's opening-up.Wang Yaohui,the vice president of the Western Returned Scholars Association summarizes the conception ofThe Opening-up Life,and he also pointed out the ten elements of it.As far as he's concerned,the culture of entrepreneurship hasn't been developed enough,likewise the idea of opening-up and the percent of the entrepreneurs. |
