| 摘 要： | 家庭养老是我国农村传统的重要养老形式 ,但是伴随经济社会的发展 ,面临诸多难题与挑战。为填补农村养老的“半真空”状态 ,适应我国农村经济发展的需要 ,针对目前农村养老保险制度的现状 ,本文试图从制度构建、基金设立和城镇化等方面 ,探寻解决农村养老保险问题的新出路。

| Abstract: | Family supporting the aged is an important traditional form in China countryside.However,with the development of economy in the countryside,it's faced with lots of difficulties and challenge.In order to fill the half vacuum of supporting for the aged and suit the needs of economy development in the countryside,in view of the presently existing situation,this article manages to find out a new way out of pension system constructing,pension funding and urbanization etc.to deal with the problem of farmer's social security. |
