| Abstract: | The paper reviews provisions in the ECFA framework related to the telecom industry,introduces the background for the cross-strait cooperation of the industry,and analyzes the main scope and contents of the cross-strait telecom industrial alliance under the ECFA framework on the aspects of cross-strait supply chain alliance and cross-strait seabed cable integration. |
