| 摘 要： | 阐述了军地物流一体化的内涵,军、地物流两者的性质。分析了构建我国和谐社会和确保国家安全如何利用军地物流资源,共建一套健全高效的军地应急物流系统,来适应处置突发应急事件。并从指挥机制、预案设置、物资储备、装备保障等方面提出了促进军地物流一休化发展的途径。分析了军地应急物流保障的基本条件和实现基础。最后对军地物流一体化下的应急物资的保障进行了探讨,简述了军地物流一体化下的应急物资的保障模式等问题。
