| 摘 要： | 以社会主义核心价值体系规范高校校园文化建设是高等学校全面落实党的教育方针，培养中国特色社会主义“四有”新人，构建和谐校园的重要途径。校园文化建设必须高扬马克思主义指导思想的旗帜．必须凸显中国特色社会主义共同理想的主题；必须弘扬民族精神和时代精神；必须依托社会主义荣辱观的基础。
