| 摘 要： | 社保基金关系到每个人的切身利益,其充实与否,直接影响到国民经济发展和社会稳定。文章首先介绍了目前中国社保基金筹资的渠道,然后从土地市场化、社保税、发行永续国债和国有资产减持等角度对弥补社保基金缺口进行了分析。

| Abstract: | The National Social Security Fund(NSSF) concerns everybody's vital interests,whether it is substantiated or not,it influences national economic development and social stability directly.The article has introduced the channel that the National Social Security Fund(NSSF) of our country raises funds at present at first,then from the angle of marketization of land,social security tax,issue continuing national debt and reducing state-owned asset,the article analyzes how to remedy the National Social Security Fund(NSSF) shortfall. |
