摘    要:当顾客遇到缺货客户企业不受损失或损失很小时。缺货可能对企业和降低整个供应链库存成本有利。文章在原始的VMI模型基础上提出了允许缺货条件下的VMI模型。并比较分析了允许缺货和不允许缺货情况下的VMI模型,为实施VMI的供货商企业是否选择缺货提供了选择条件。给出了相关条件单位缺货成本上限的计算公式。

Abstract:When it was not a loss or a small loss for customer enterprise under items shortage,permitting shortage might be good at reducing the inventory cost of the supplier chain.Based on the model of VMI with no shortage,VMI model with shortage was built.Compared the VMI model of shortage with no shortage and analysis them,provide the condition of selecting shortage for vendor which managed Inventory of customer,the formula of upper limit unit cost of shortage was given.
