| 摘 要： | 以Cobb-Douglas函数推导出一种计算农业剩余劳动力转移对农业增加值形成及非农经济增长贡献的方法,并据此计算出了从1991-2002年我国剩余劳动力转移对经济增长、农村居民收入提高,以及对就业增长的贡献。分析表明,农村内部劳动力的转移不但是加快农村产业结构升级步伐,而且也是农村工业化的必由之路。

| Abstract: | With the help of Cobb-Douglas function,this article has found an approach to calculate the contribution of labor force transfer in countryside to agricultural added value and non-agricultural economic growth.By applying this approach,we have calculated the contribution from 1991 to 2002 of surplus labor force transfer to economic growth.and to income increase as well as increase in employment for countryside residents.As the analysis shows in the article,labor force transfer is indispensable not only for the acceleration of the industrial structure upgrade but also for the industrialization in the countryside. |
