| 摘 要： | 本文通过对服装舒适性及舒适性对穿着的影响因素进行分析,指出在进行服装设计时,要以人体为中心原则,根据生理卫生学的观点来指导服装的设计和制作,追求保证人们身心健康要求的健康服装。

| Abstract: | This article points out that costume designing should be based ON the human-centered princi- pies while analyzing comfort-oriented costume design and it's effects on wearing.It also tells that physical health study are usually used as the guideline for costume's design and production that should be proper for people's physical and mental health. |
