＂海南国际旅游岛建设＂受到国家旅游局和海南省委省政府及相关部门的高度重视,国务院相关部门也都在积极推进海南国际旅游岛建设。标准化已被公认为是科学管理的有效手段,因此,如何实现旅游要素国际化改造,创建国际旅游岛,就必须首先开展《海南国际旅游岛标准体系》框架的研究和设计。文章对海南的实际情况进行了分析,提出了建立《海南国际旅游岛标准体系》的思路和建议。

Discuss on the Construction for Standard System of Hainan International Tourism Island

The National Tourism Administration, Hainan Provincial Party Committee, Provincial government and the related department have attached great importance to ＂Hainan International Tourism Island Construction＂. And also, the department concerned of State Council has made vigorous efforts to promote the construction of Hainan International Island. The standardization has been recognized as an effective measure of scientific management. Therefore, before realizing internationalization transformation of tourism elements and founding international tourism island, it＇ s firstly necessary to carry out the research and design of frame for Standard System of Hainan International Tourism Island. This article analyzes the actual situation of Hainan, proposes some thoughts and suggestions on the establishment of Standard System of Hainan International Tourism Island.
