基于ADAMS抓斗挖泥船吊臂刚柔混合模型动态特性研究

摘    要:由于吊臂金属结构尺寸较大,其弹性变形对整机动态特性的影响不能忽略,将吊臂视为柔性体,分析吊臂柔性对抓斗挖泥船刚柔混合动态特性的影响;应用ADAMS软件中的柔性梁连接技术,将一个构件离散成若干段刚性构件,这些刚性构件间再用柔性梁连接。最后利用有限元软件MSC.Nas-tran将构件离散成细小的网格,再进行模态分析,从而构建抓斗挖泥船刚柔混合仿真模型,并对模型进行仿真动态特性研究。

Abstract:Because of the large metal structure of the crane,the effect of the elastic deformation on dynamic characteristics of the machine can not be ignored.Regarding crane as a flexible body,the effect of flexible features of the crane on the rigid-flexible hybrid dynamic characteristics of grab dredger was analyzed.Flexible beam connections in ADAMS was used to disperse a discrete component into rigid components that are connected with flexible beams.Finally the finite element software MSC.Nastran dispersed components into smaller grids,then modal analysis was made so as to build a grab dredger rigid-flexible hybrid simulation model and simulation study of dynamic characteristics was done.
