摘    要:以钛白粉副产品绿矾、氯酸钠、浓硫酸为原料,用氧化法制备了聚合硫酸铁(PFS),再加入绿色稳定剂磷酸二氢钠,制得一系列不同磷铁摩尔比的稳定性更高的绿色絮凝剂PPFS。通过水浴实验和不同熟化时间絮凝剂的絮凝性能实验,考察了n(P)/n(Fe)对絮凝剂稳定性的影响,获得了既能提高絮凝剂的稳定性又能改善其絮凝性能的稳定剂的最佳配比:n(P)/n(Fe)=0.1。综合考虑絮凝剂稳定性、去除效果、絮体沉降性能以及出水质量等因素,PPFS是大有发展前途的绿色环保友好型絮凝剂。

Abstract:A series of higher stability flocculant PPFS having different P/Fe molar ratio were prepared by adding green stabilizing agent NaH2PO4 into PFS,which were prepared by titanium dioxide byproducts FeSO4·7H2O,NaClO3,H2SO4 with oxidation style.The optimum P/Fe molar ratio was 0.1 by experiments of water bath and flocculation with different aging time.In comprehensive consideration of stability,removal efficiency,settling performance and effluent quality,PPFS is a promising green flocculant.
