贯彻落实《决定》 促进地勘经济发展

我国地勘系统贯彻落实《决定》一年来,地勘工作取得了一定的成绩。当前地勘单位改革发展的成功经验:一是改革促进了发展;二是要扩大地质工作服务领域,积极主动地为区域经济建设和社会发展服务;三是要坚持走勘查开发一体化道路。对进一步贯彻落实《决定》,加快地勘经济发展的建议:一要充分发挥国有地勘单位的主力军作用,保持队伍的稳定;二要继续落实好国家给予地勘单位的改革优惠政策;三是尽快出台与《决定》相关的配套文件;四是进一步加强地勘行业管理。

Implementing the Guiding Principles of "Decision" and Promoting Development of Geological Prospecting Industry

Since the "Decision of State Council on Strengthening Geological Work" was implemented in geological prospecting units in China, geological prospecting work have made considerable achievements. The valuable experience is summarized into the following aspects: sticking to reform to propel development; extending the service scope of geological work for regional economic and social development; abiding by the way of integrating prospecting with exploitation. Several suggestions are advanced for further putting into effect the "Decision" and accelerating geological prospecting economy: giving full play to state-owned geological prospecting units; making continuous efforts to fulfill the favorable policies rendered by the government for geological prospecting units; drafting supporting documents for the "Decision" as soon as possible; strengthening administration of the geological prospecting industry.
