旅游酒店微博营销的考核指标体系

摘    要:当前旅游酒店微博营销活动缺乏明确的考核指标体系,使旅游酒店难以衡量微博营销活动效果以及微博营销团队的工作绩效。旅游酒店应设计多层考核指标并运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,形成较完备的微博营销考核指标体系。

Abstract:Now tourism hotel——s microblog marketing activities is short of a clear assessment index system,making it difficult for tourism hotel to measure the effect of microblog marketing activities and the performance of the microblog marketing team.Tourism hotel should design multilayer evaluation index and use analytic hierarchy process to confirm various index proportion,forming a complete microblog marketing evaluation indicator system.
