| 摘 要： | 挣值法是一种对工程项目成本和进度集成控制的有效方法,通过引入一个新的参数──承包商施工预算成本PVC,从承包商的角度来讲,不仅能够使承包商对工程项目的成本和进度进行集成控制,而且能够使承包商实现对计划利润的控制,从而保证工程项目的成功,具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | The method of earned value is a way to control schedule-cost integrated.A newly introduced parameter—contractor’s construction budget costs PVC,from the perspective of the contractor,can made contractor control not only schedule-cost integrated,but also planned profit.Thereby it ensures the success of the project,and it has practical significance. |
